Psychotherapy

Online or in-person, designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. Psychotherapy allows for healing from past traumas or abuse. Psychotherapy is effective treatment for Mental Illness, Burnout, and Relationship Crisis. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly for 55 minutes and utilize Health Insurance. Specific techniques available are EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal, and Psycholitic.

Coaching

Online, via phone, or, in-person, coaching will help you develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. In contrast to Psychotherapy, coaching is typically about personal development or relationship development. Contact is typically more frequent, including phone calls and txt. Coaching can be helpful when intentionally preparing for an upcoming life change. The coaching relationship allows for pre and post encounter support in the form of “Check-Ins”. Coaching is also highly effective when ready to “level up”, or to cope as well as possible through difficulty, such as a legal challenge, divorce, a move, career change, lifestyle change, or other life transition. Goals and frequency of contact is negotiated for each situation.

Yoga Therapy

The Body does indeed keep the score. Yoga Therapy includes specific body postures, breath work, visualization and and guided relaxation. If you experience Somatic Symptoms of Trauma, Yoga Therapy is an effective avenue to “metabolize” the remaining physical, emotional and energetic congestion from these difficult times. Reiki included.
